OUR PROCESS
1. Consultation
We start by understanding your brand, goals, and vision. During this initial meeting, we discuss your requirements and any specific elements you want to include in the campaign.
2. Planning & Pre-production
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we move into the planning phase:
- Location(s) Selection: We curate a list of unique locations that align with your brand's aesthetic.
- Team Assembly: We select a tailored team of professionals, including a videographer, art director, stylist, hair and makeup artist, and model(s).
- Logistics Coordination: We handle all logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, permits, and scheduling.
3. Creative Development
In this phase, we focus on the creative aspects:
- Concept Development: We create a detailed concept that aligns with your brand's vision.
- Mood Boards & Storyboards: We develop mood boards and storyboards to visualize the shoot.
- Styling & Props: We plan the styling and gather any necessary props to enhance the visuals.
4. On-location Production
Our team travels to the selected destination and executes the shoot:
- Photography & Videography: We capture stunning visuals through professional photography and videography.
- Art Direction: Our art director ensures every shot aligns with the concept and vision.
- Styling & Makeup: Our stylist and makeup artist ensure the models and sets look perfect.
5. Post-production
After the shoot, we move into post-production to refine the visuals:
- Editing & Retouching: Our team edits and retouches the photos and videos to ensure they are of the highest quality.
- Review & Feedback: We share the initial edits with you for feedback and make any necessary adjustments.
6. Delivery
We deliver the final, polished visuals in your preferred format:
- Final Files: You receive high-resolution images and videos ready for use across various platforms.
- Additional Assets: We provide any additional assets, such as behind-the-scenes content, if requested.
7. Campaign Launch Support (optional)
To ensure a successful launch, we offer support with:
- Social Media Assets: We create tailored assets for your social media platforms.
- Marketing Strategy: We provide guidance on the best practices for launching your campaign.
8. Follow-up

What is a "Snack Content"?
Snack content in videography refers to short, engaging videos designed to capture attention quickly. These bite-sized videos are typically under 10 seconds long, making them perfect for social media platforms and capturing viewers' interest in a brief, impactful way.
Ideal for : teasers, announcements (sales, new product...), a dynamic post or an animated product page on your website.
What are your payment terms?
Upon signing the contract, a non-refundable (but transferrable) 30% deposit will be due to secure your spot in our schedule. The remainder amount will be due at a maximum of 15 days prior to the photoshoot.
Payments plans are available.
Any late payments will incur a 10% late fee for any month unpaid.
What payment options do you offer?
We understand that this represent a big investments to some companies, this is why we offer some flexibility in our payment options.
- 100% paid upon signing (enjoy a 5% discount)
- 30% due at signing + the 70% remaining at your convenience (before due date).
- Pay in 4 : 30% due at signing, remaining 3 payments due dates to be set between both parties.
What is your turnover time?
Turnover time for both photography & videography will be 4 weeks.
1 free revision will be offered.

We love to send a variety of images you can use across different socials.
To give you an idea & based off of past experiences, you can expect :
2hr shoot : 75+ digital photos, up to 16 film photos (120mm)
4hr shoot : 200+ digital photos, up to 50 film photos (120mm)
8hr shoot : 400+ digital photos, up to 100 film photos (120mm/35mm)
